Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using any FasterHost service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and SLA. If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Services & availability

We provide hosting services as described on our website and in your plan. We strive for 99.99% uptime as set out in our SLA. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

4. Fees & billing

You agree to pay all fees for your selected plan. Plans renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. Introductory prices apply to the first term only; renewal prices are shown at checkout and in your dashboard. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

Eligible plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Domain registrations, add-ons and certain server products are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include illegal content, spam, malware distribution, and activities that harm our network or other customers.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you host. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the services (for example, to store and transmit your content). You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens our network or others. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

9. Backups

We maintain backups as an added protection and provide 1-click restore on eligible plans. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of critical data.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free beyond the commitments in our SLA.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasterHost's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hathras, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
