Refund Policy

We stand behind our hosting with a straightforward 7-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how to request a refund.
1. The 7-day guarantee
Eligible hosting plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund of the hosting fee — no lengthy forms, no runaround.
2. What is eligible
The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of Shared, WordPress, Cloud and Reseller hosting plans. The refund covers the hosting service fee for the current term.
3. What is not eligible
The following are non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations and renewals (these incur third-party registry costs).
- Dedicated IPs, licences (such as cPanel or WHMCS), and other add-ons.
- VPS and VDS plans beyond any stated trial window.
- Renewal payments (the guarantee applies to your initial term only).
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Free domains
If your plan included a free domain and you request a refund, the standard domain registration fee (shown at checkout) is deducted from your refund, since the domain is registered to you and remains yours.
5. How to request a refund
Simply open a ticket or contact our team via live chat or email billing@fasterhost.in within the 7-day window. Include your account details and we will process eligible refunds promptly.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
7. Cancellations & renewals
You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard to prevent future charges. Cancelling a plan stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund outside the guarantee window.
